Delivery Policy

We expect our Creators to deliver on their promises.

However, the Estimated Delivery Date listed on each perk is not necessarily a promise to fulfil by that date, but is merely an estimate of when the Project Creator hopes to fulfil by.

Project Creators agree in good faith to make every attempt to fulfil each reward by its Estimated Delivery Date.

If the project offers a finished good, a good that is ready for sale upon completion of the campaign, then the delivery terms are expected to be 21 days from campaign completion.

Otherwise, for non-finished goods, the delivery must be defined in the Campaign for each Perk or Group of Perks.

The Creator is wholly responsible for meeting any obligation or perk stated or implied in their project. Nettfunder  is not responsible for the delivery of perks stated in projects. Backers should contact the Creator if the delivery terms are not clearly stated in the project description.

Nettfunder shall not be liable for the interactions with any organisations and/or individuals on or through the Nettfunder platform. This includes, but is not limited to, delivery of goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with listings on Nettfunder.
